               The chemical fiber fabric dyeing and finishing wastewater has poor biodegradability, so the wastewater treatment has some difficulty. Dyeing wastewater of polyester yarn with disperse dyes as main dyeing agent is a typical dyeing and finishing wastewater of chemical fiber fabric. In the process of treatment of wastewater in Ningbo polyester yarn dyeing industry, different technological processes have been adopted, and the wastewater treatment process, which is mainly biochemical and physicochemical two, has been gradually formed, and good social and environmental benefits have been achieved.                A series of tests based on water quality determine the biochemical-physical treatment process as shown in Fig. 1. After the production waste water from the dyeing workshop is pumped into the regulating pool homogeneous quantity, the water temperature is lowered from 75 ℃ to 55 ℃ by the A-stage cooling tower to the middle pool, and the middle water pump is upgraded from intermediate pump to two-stage cooling tower to reduce the water temperature further to 45 ℃ into the A-stage sedimentation tank to the anaerobic tank, after anaerobic and biochemical wastewater enters aerobic tank biodegradation, it is discharged from the dosing reaction pool after coagulation and sedimentation into ph and after adjustment.Polyester Yarn
