      Generally, the rougher the surface of the metal fiber, the greater the bonding with the matrix, the better the performance of the composite. In addition, the properties of the composites with metal fiber as filler are closely related to the strength, length and equivalent diameter of the metal fiber, and the strength of the metal fiber is the main index to affect its performance.       Because the tensile strength of metal fiber is an important performance index directly related to the longitudinal microstructure of fiber, in this paper, the longitudinal metallographic microstructure of long metal fibers fabricated by the micro-saw-chip composite cutting method is studied, and the results show that the factors that cause the change of the microstructure of the fiber are closely related to the tensile strength.Special Fibre
      The deformation of metal fiber longitudinal microstructure affects the size of tensile strength, and the deformation control of metal fiber longitudinal microstructure is the basis of selecting process parameters. The influence of the forward angle GN, the angle LS, the pulling force T and the chip angle Q on the longitudinal metallographic microstructure deformation of the long metal fiber are analyzed by the cutting test.       Cutting test conditions: Test machine: CM6140 lathe, parent material: Low carbon steel (Q235), cutting tool material: High speed Steel ($literal), dry cutting. The size of the rake angle directly affects the deformation of the cutting area. If the rake angle is increased, the plastic deformation caused by the cutting layer of the front cutter surface can be reduced, and the friction resistance of the chip through the front cutter surface is reduced, thus reducing the cutting force.
